I need to confirm the system behavior for those internal wrap-up codes assigned automatically by the outbound dialing system (
ININ-OUTBOUND-INTERNAL-ERROR-SKIPPED, ININ-OUTBOUND-NUMBER_COULD_NOT_BE_DIALED, ...).
Is the system trying to call the same number again after a while? if so, what determines the time between retries?
Or Is the system marking the number as "uncallable"?
I can find the list of these wrap-up codes in the documentation, but not the behavior for each case ...
