  • 1.  Wrap-up codes assigned by outbound dialing

    Posted 11-25-2022 03:00
    Hello,

I need to confirm the system behavior for those internal wrap-up codes assigned automatically by the outbound dialing system (ININ-OUTBOUND-INTERNAL-ERROR-SKIPPED, ININ-OUTBOUND-NUMBER_COULD_NOT_BE_DIALED, ...).
Is the system trying to call the same number again after a while? if so, what determines the time between retries?
Or Is the system marking the number as "uncallable"?

I can find the list of these wrap-up codes in the documentation, but not the behavior for each case ...

    Many thanks in advance.

This may not fully answer your question:  Wrap-up rules - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com) and this described each Wrap-up codes assigned by outbound dialing - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  If marked Uncallable, it will not be called again.

Thanks Robert, but indeed I need to confirm what happens in those cases where the record is not marked as "uncallable".

Moreover, there are certain cases where the system does not count these results against attempt control limits, so in theory the system would try to recall this records infinitely?

    Thanks so much anyway Robert.

    Best regards
