We have a problem with one of our customers where the wrap-up code is not displaying on the interaction view page, so we filed a case with Genesys, and Genesys responded that it is a bug and that a fix will be released, but no ETA was provided. It has been months and we have not received a good response from Genesys.

Hi Genesys team  We have been advised that this is a bug and that a release is due. Do we know when and at what stage this is currently at please?
