    Hello,

    I have a requirement to write one of the contact list (outbound table) column (customer ID) as external tag in interaction page, then user would be to search interaction by customer ID. Is there way to look-up contact list properties from architect and write it back as external tag? Any advise highly appreciated.

    Hi, You can search by contact id with the interactions filters.

    When you upload a new contactlist sets as Unique Identifier Column the column of the customer ID.
