    Hello,

      We use an API to download all the agent recordings and then store them in AWS where we can make them available for our different clients.  What we have noticed and I am not sure how or if there is a fix for is that from time to time the agent will place the call on hold and make another call or transfer a call.  When this happens the initial recording of the call will be what is downloaded but with in a couple minutes as the AAPI continues to pull audio the audio we are linking is updated to either what is happening while the call is on hold or it will update to the agent talking to the other party before finishing the warm transfer.  What we would like is a way to have the entire call, the initial part and the conversation before finishing the warm transfer but I have not been able to identify an ID that would be the whole call.  Any ideas?
