Hi,
If a conversation is in a user queue and when you try to transfer it (as not being that user) you will get an error : "You can only transfer conversations that are in the connected state".
Scenario is like : agent receives an email and transfers it to another user (not queue). that user is not logged in, and it gets into a alerting state.
When you than try to transfer again (as a system user with all permissions, you will get that error.
How can you transfer (or steal / take back) that conversation?
I tried : postConversationParticipantReplace patchConversationParticipant
and both throw that error.
Please advice.
