A Call Taker was not able to answer a call last night due to the answer button missing. after rebooting her machine, she received a call ok but then received this message:
"Your session has become invalid while on a call.
Your call will continue to be connected but you will not be able to take any actions (for example: hold, mute, disconnect). Please click Reload after you finish with this call. Clicking Reload now will end the call and reload the application.

What happened here?
Is this a result of a Network disruption ? The Call Taker did what she had to do to click past the error

Once the call was completed, Genesys closed on Call Taker automatically.

Hi All,
We have a customer who had several web client errors yesterday advising "Your session has become invalid while on a call".
This error is coinciding with the rollout of a new screen pop that uses either a script or the participant data BR_URLPop, depending on if the agent is using the native ui or the genesys chrome extension.
Seems to me like these actions would be de-coupled from the performance of the web client, but figured I'd check here... any thoughts? Can an application config/action cause a web client to mis-behave?
