Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

During the extended opt-in period, admins will have full control to upgrade agents’ workspaces to multipanel when ready. When an admin moves their organization to multipanel workspace, the change will be permanent and apply to all agents. 

Agents with this permission assigned will use multipanel workspace, they will not be able to opt-out.
