I've attached a short demo video of the new experience today which is much improved; there's a small bug with the item counter which we are fixing, and we plan to continue to improve this experience, but it should be much quicker to add a widget with 100+ users now!

I wonder if there is any further roadmap on adding the agent in more intelligent way by associate with multiple work team instead of clicking one by one, imagine if you have 500 users and these users keep having rapid turnover over time.
I know we can associate with work team on the widget (for table list which can list out all the agent name) but it has only 1 work team limit. Please advise if anyone knows.
There appears to be no audio? Hard to follow without audio.
Hey Matt thanks for showing this sorry I couldn't make the live event. I know I can add users one by one and that works great when all the names start with "A" but our users are not as easy. We have to add users by Queue, Skill, Planning Group, Group, and work team. The key reason is with such attrition in the world we live in We don't know the individual names and (this is the big one) the agents change.
By selecting a work group it should be dynamic and I only have to setup once.
