make supervisor see the queues that assign to him only

how can assign roles to make the supervisor let him see his queue only and see the agent in his queue only
try to change the roles and add conditions but he still all the queues in the organization

I agree it's annoying and limiting. To get around it, we created agent groups with the queue names, (but the supervisor needs to add the agents into the group. It's not like virtual agent groups) More work, but it's better than all or nothing.

A new feature will be added in the future (H2 2018) in which we will allow you to control what objects a user has access to. This includes the ability to specify the queues a user has access to. The feature is called 'Access Control' and is scheduled for the second half of 2018.
