Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

Thank you, this is very helpful. I agree with Travers' comments. Will this be added to Explore the Genesys Cloud interface - Genesys Cloud Resource Center?

Thank you for this additional training content. Could it be updated to also include the legacy and new scenarios for:

• "Performance->Workspace" is now "Analytics->Analytics Workspace"
• "Documents" is now "IT and Integrations->Documents"

Also I feel that the terminology change of the "Interactions" icon, to "Agent Workspace" icon needs to be mentioned prominently as agents don't currently use the new term. Perhaps the title for that page could read: "Open the Agent Workspace (previously labelled Interactions)"
