Hi all, 

I created a script for the call survey and it's working very well with inbound, but not with outbound 

So I have a couple questions

1- here inbound show screen pop script
but not showing when create for outbound as shown in the pic and I don't know why


2- in a script I config outbound in properties of the script as shown in the pic, but I don't know if right or wrong 

note: in our company, we don't have a list on Genesys, only we call numbers from Excel sheet
