Up Coming Icons Update

Hi Community,

A preview of up coming update to a number of icons in the following areas of Genesys Cloud UI.

  • Side bar
  • Top bar
  • Video chat
  • Calls
  • Interactions
Other than different style, the new icons stay very similar to current design.  The new icons are expected to take effect on May 11.

Quick question, in the new UI - what does a spinning circle around the 'calls' button in the main menu indicate that Genesys cloud is doing? 
Some of our end users have seen this occur intermittently during and after a call
We think it might be something to do with a persistent connection, but haven't found anything to confirm this in the resource center
