Unable to Cancel Record when the corresponding record is on an OCS filter

    When I try to cancel a record that is on a calling list, it's working well only if that record is visible to OCS.  So, by applying a dialing filter, OCS is unable to cancel that record.

    Is it a normal situation ?

    We have a process at Desjardins, that allow agents to cancel outbound records when they are responding to inbound calls.

    It is if you specify a phone number in the GSW_PHONE and the request also contains the All Chain attribute.
