The Chrome OS Screen Recording (Media Helper) Feature Team is pleased to open applications for Beta candidates. Beta testing is an important part of our development process and we sincerely appreciate your interest in participating! This beta enables agents on managed Chrome OS devices to securely record and stream screen activity using the Genesys Cloud Media Helper (Isolated Web App). The feature supports screen recording and policy-based controls (such as pause/resume), bringing Chrome OS environments closer to parity with existing recording capabilities. #BetaAnnouncement
