  • 1.  Agent provisioning using web service API

    We are looking to integrate our Access Management system for agent provisioning.  Genesys web service API offers different provisioning API's.

    My query is regarding the user API which is used to create a user. https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/HTCC/8.5.2/API/UsersCreateUser

    in my setup I already have roles, access group enabled.  I would like to know, how do I do the following 

    1. Assign a user to a particular access group
    2. Have the user created in a specific folder.  I understand there is a "path": filed but can this be used in the user API?

    Appreciate any assistance

    You may have to do it via the Platform Configuration API: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/HTCC/8.5.2/API/InternalConfigAPI
