Hello all! This is now resolved! I thank you all for your help. I had to DL the required cert onto the cordless phone for it to work. I had to use the PEM version as the DER format didn't work for me. It was this step:
Note: When you select TLS as the transport protocol, the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate is needed on the phone attempting to register as generic SIP.
Download the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate in the file format that best suits your phone.

@Mark Gonzales have you followed the instructions on this Resource Center page?
Especially note the instructions under this section
Those tell you how to find and set up the correct registration info for your phones.

Hello Cameron,
Thanks for the reply. The document you attached points me to the cloud link I need to use for the Genesys Cloud Application and not my region's provisioning server. I do appreciate it though. Since we are moving to the cloud, I changed the settings to TLS and get a Register Failed: No Response from Server error. My guess is Genesys needs to tell me which server to point to.

Hello Mark,
I am not the best at this but I am going to try and help. First, lets make sure you are using the proper Genesys Cloud region address (PureCloud). With this document you should be able to double check your region address. Second, If I remember right the listen ports are 8060 for UDP/TCP. Lets make sure you got those. Finally please ensure you network is allowing the required ports and protocols. Specifically if you are using UDP you may need to verify the firewall rules allow UDP traffic on the required ports. Also check if your org is set up to support UDP transport.
Now on to some GC UI, double check that your phone profile settings are configured correctly and verify that you have the permissions set as well (Telephony > Plugin > All).
Hope this helps a bit.

Hi, I have many cordless phones that work via UDP with on prem Edges BUT when I move them to the cloud they fail. These are heavily used by the LOB's, and I would hate to not have them working when we fully move to the cloud soon. These are the settings fields I have tried to adjust using our PureCloud address for our region, and I get a failed to register error. I really need to get these going. SO, thank YOU in advance!
