Genesys Customer Advocacy Program

The Genesys Customer Advocacy program (GCAP) is a connected and personalized experience across the Genesys Community. GCAP members can engage in a range of activities to earn points along the way. The updated program includes a simplified points system, activities that match your specific interests and new member levels -  with rewards at every stage. 

How does GCAP Work?

As a GCAP member, you earn points to unlock our new Advocacy levels and benefits, such as Genesys event passes, GCAP-branded merchandise, invitation-only social events, access to senior Genesys leadership and more.

Participation - your way

There are two ways to get active in GCAP:

  • We'll reach out to you directly with opportunities that match your interests.
  • You choose to engage in one of the following activities.

Nimbus level: 0-199 POINTS
  • Expand your industry knowledge and skills with how-to content, training courses and certifications.
  • Learn from Genesys experts and peers about customer experience (CX) innovations.
  • Share your transformation story and celebrate your success. Gain industry recognition with a customer advocacy plan that meets your objectives.
  • Grow your professional network globally with thousands of CX leaders and practitioners.
  • Exchange ideas, solve problems, influence product roadmaps and more.
  • Join your local User Group.
  • Engage in webinars and in-person experiences led by peers and Genesys experts.
  • Earn one entry into our quarterly Genesys reward raffle.
  • Receive GCAP-exclusive discount when you purchase a pass to Xperience.
Arctic level: 200-499 POINTS

  All the Nimbus level perks, plus:

  • Earn multiple entries into our quarterly Genesys reward raffle.
  • Keep warm with an Arctic-level welcome gift.


Amber level: 500-999 POINTS

  All the Arctic level perks, plus:

  • Earn one entry into our monthly Genesys reward raffle.
  • Show off your Amber-level welcome gift.
  • Enjoy reserved seating at Xperience keynote sessions.
  • Attend quarterly virtual meet and greets with Genesys leadership
  • Join an Amber-exclusive summer social event.
GCAPtain level: 1,000+ ANNUAL POINTS

  All the Amber level perks, plus:

  • An invitation to a private GCAPtains-only social event at Xperience.
  • Access to the exclusive GCAPtains community where you can connect and collaborate with other GCAPtains.
  • Attend monthly virtual meet and greets with Genesys leadership.
  • Membership in the Genesys Customer Advocacy Program Advisory Board where you can help shape the future of GCAP.
  • A free pass to Xperience, no point redemption required.
  • Chance to cash in your lifetime points for additional Xperience passes for your team.

Any Level you unlock is valid for the following calendar year. Your GCAP status resets on January 1.
