  • 1.  Where do I find the solutions template .sd files?

    Where do I download or find the .sd files to create start/stop solutions? I thought they would be in the template folder of the install package but they are not there.

    Did you try to download entire CD for particular solution/layer? I guess, they should be placed there. In other hand, you can easily create the solutions within GA(X) or CME.

    I didn't try downloading the full CD. I guess I will just create it in GAX then. Thanks for the answer.

    Hi Tomslin,
    The SD files are only provided with some select solutions, such as Outbound or WFM.  To find these, you will need to download the full CD or the individual Installation Package and then check the templates folder.  For example, I just downloaded the latest 8.1.5 build of OCS and it included the SD file for the Outbound solution.  As Jakub indicated as well, you can just as easily create them as well within GAX or CM.
