Is anyone aware of a way to maintain an agent's view of the Standard Response Library (SRL) from a chat throughout the life of their iWS session? What we are seeing with the client is that after each chat is complete, the sizing of the SRL area resets and the agent has to spend time to expand the library and right-size the slider so that they can see the article information. Is there a way to preserve those settings OR set something at the application configuration level that might assist?
