  • 1.  IWS hang while doing OneStepTransfer

    Hello Everyone,

    We are facing one issue intermittently in CC where in IWS application is getting hang while doing call transfer, below is the IWS logs collected form client machine:

    Hello Ravi,

    it seems like an error on connection to the statserver, which is specified within IWS's connections. Try to check if the statserver is running properly and you are able to connect to it through any other client such as CCPulse or something like that.
