  • 1.  Chat API is not working on samsung device android browser

    Hi All,
    We are using Genesys chat API for starting Chat. Here, while testing, we got to know that the web application is unable to start chat from android powered samsung devices with android version less than KITKAT. It is working fine on other android devices(not samsung) having lower android versions as well. This issue seems to be specific to Samsung devices.
    Can someone help meout in order to understand the problem.
    Appreciate your inputs.

    I would recommend you open a case to address this problem.  If you have chat server logs for this test, please provide them.
