Hi I have just started my new job. I'm the only Genesys engineer so far but the solution has already been deployed. can I have briefly the steps to follow to fit in my new position. 
I will have a handover shortly with my level 3 team and I think of the following:
1. Genesys Structure (Architecture)
2. Switch and third parties components's integration
3. System health checks
4. Known issues and resolutions
5. Escalation process

Any other idea?

I guess you can add:

a). IVR Flow
b). High Level Framework Architechure
c). Naming Conventions used in the framework objects.
d). Logs Configuration.
e). Access Level.
