    Hi,
    Genesys Administrator
    Application - status and mode missing.

    Could you clarify for an CS 8.0/ genAdmin 8.1.3 the SCS connection for genesys administrator.
    We have it connected - see it trying to read on screen, but no information returned.
    Is the genesys administator template/application needed for this ?

    Showing status of GA component is not available, due to the fact that the GA is just a web application running within IIS. So, there is no "process" which can be monitored and will be related only to the GA.

    Hi, thanks for the update but I think I may have confused.

    I looking for status of all the other applications not genadmin - e.g. Statserver, DB Server.

    Yes, you have to set connection to the SCS. The connection have to be configured on object, which is used for GA (filled name in application field within login page/form). In general, the object name is "default", by it depends on your env configuration.
