Hi,

I have experience in building IVR applications in Avaya (AOD, Designers, etc) and deployed them on Avaya Platforms.

I am interested in learning building IVR applications in Genesys.

Please can you let me know if i can have a software only solution for GVP 8.x to be downloaded on my local machine to start with my learning? 

Also please let me know if i am hurrying to get GVP and should work on composer for now to build a small application and run locally to test it?
 

Hello Omesh,

you can deploy the GVP in your lab environment, in case you have it. The voice application iself could be develop within Composer (as the Eclipse plug-in) or any other tool which supports standard VXML tags.
