    Does Genesys support Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP - RFC 4960)?.

    Hello Sergio,

    because of SCTP protocol is related to the PSTN and Genesys usually does not use PSTN at all (this is achieved through MGW or PBX), there is no support for that (expect component like VoiceGenie, etc.).

    To make sure, I strongly recommend to open a new #SR to Genesys support.
