    Good question, i'm replying because I had the same question and haven't found the answer yet. And also, do you know where's the threshold specified? Is it "ServiceFactor" at SS level?

    Check the statistic definition within the widget, where you can see the name of statistic. This statistic has to be configured on connected StatServer. So, there you can see explicit stat definition. Of course, you can change it as you need.
