    Is this possible? Is it possible for an agent to be assigned to an Outboud Dialler Campaign and be part of an inbound skill as well?

    Yes. It's call blend. There's a couple of configuration to validate before using blend (in and campaign); campaign mode, orig DNs, capacity rules, etc.

    So I could have an agent working on an outbound campaign for sales and have them assigned to skill on working on standard inbound calls for another line of business?
