    I've heard that seeing the direct association between a user and an ACD queue is not possible with Genesys components but that you can do it with user and VQs.

    Where can I find information on how I can monitor these associations? Or what the difference between an ACD Queue and a Virtual Queue is? Or am I wrong and it IS possible to see the ACD queues a user is currently on?
