    When the usage limit is exceeded in the IVR profile, the call is rejected  but I need this call can be redirected to another external site like Asterix. Is possible?

    Are you using URS-centric IVR/GVP? If yes, you can easily read the response from IVR (that the limit is exceeded) and route the call to the specific destination, according to your configuration.
