Data Aggregator stopped writing Adherence aux codes. We upgraded WFM DA to 8.1.300, restarted all the WFM applications:  now we are not getting anything from WFM Builder or  WFM Server. Agent Real Time adherence is grey.



Whenwe check logs files,  we are getting this error with WFM Server.

"Error occured while communicating to WFM Server 'WFMServer'. Code=400, Detail=' -- ', Actor='', FaultCode='ERR10014', FaultStr='Serialization error. Most likely server version is not compatible with client version."

My question is  Data aggregator 8.1.3 compatable is with 8.1.201.10 web server. If not what should we do. update the entire WFM application with lastest version  or revert back to 8.1.200.




 

The version of WFM DA should be matched with WFM Server component. The WFB web should be on same version as WFM Server. So, yes, make an upgrade of whole WFM solution to same major version
