  • 1.  WFM schedule warning 4, 31 and 43

    Good day

    I keep getting the following warnings after I made adjustments to the contracts and shift:

    Where am i goinf wrong....

    Warning [31] Failed to satisfy constraint of type "Shift start and paid duration synchronization" for agent 
    Warning[31] Failed to satisfy constraint of type "Planning period days off" for agent.
    Warning[31] Failed to satisfy constraint of type "Weekly days off" for agent
    Warning [43] Planning period work constraint for dates 2015/05/11 - 2015/06/07 for agent  cannot be satisfied.
    Warning[4] Too many days off have already been assigned for agent " on week with first day 2015/05/18

    Please advise

    I think this question is a good candidate for a support case.  Please open one online and we will be happy to help you.  Please provide step by step screenshots of how the scenario is built, how the schedule is built,  etc.  Also please provide complete versions of WFM Server, WFM Builder, WFM Web.
