    Hi

    Is it possible to search interactions by agent (agent name, user name, employeeID, etc.) through interaction search?

    What should be the criteria to find only one agent interactions?

    Hello,

    Not by default, this has to be configured by adding any custom KVP as an interaction attribute and configuring WDE to search based on this field. You can for example use the "RTargetAgentSelected" as the KVP to map it to the IXN attributes.
