WDE:-Conference call are auto answered even when destination agent is not ready.

    If an Agent 'A' trying to conference a Call to Agent 'B'. Agent B does not get option to answer the call. It automatically gets connected even if the agent is not ready. how can set an option to answer conference call manually. We are using WDE.

    Disable auto-answer from switch and configure wde accordingly
