    How do you set the number of people an agent can bring into conference via Interaction Workspace?

    Hi,

    Please refer to "Conference A Voice Call" and "Handle Voice Interactions" chapters in IWs User's Guide which describe voice controls available for the agent in IWs. There is no option in IWs that limits the number of parties involved into conference from an agent side.

    From MCP Release Notes:


    Basically, conferences can have as many participants (legs) as a single media server can handle on the physical hardware.
