    I am not able to login in GA and getting message "Connection Error. Unable to connect, please check the host and port entries and if the problem persists please contact your system administrator."
    I am sure that host and port entries are correct.
    Also getting  Protected Mode : Off

    Kindly check the Genesys Database server and make sure that Genesys DB Server conect with DBMS If Genesys Administrator browse and unable and you are unable to login.

    Other wise first verify the IIS setting.
