    Hello,
    I want to configure a workbin view condition using the 'from_address' but it doesn´t work. How can I do that?. Ixn Server version is 8.5.

    Hi Sylvia

    According to the Universal Routing Interaction Routing Designer Help file the Condition Tab of a View says "Do Not use Attached Data for interaction attributes and values".  Since 'FromAddress' is Users Data it appears that you cannot use this in the View condition, you can only use the interaction attribute data (attr_itx_) data.
