    Hello,
    In WDE 8.5 agents cannot see their own "My History". Can someone help me to solve this problem?

    Zoltan,
     First suggestion is to determine what role the user has assigned.
    Under that role check that the Contact-Can Use Contact History is Allowed.

    Can I ask something else?
    When a call comes in, the agent handles it, but it isn't shown under 'My History' tab. How can I check and solve it?

    I believe more detail is needed. can you post screen shots of the call arrival and of the issue?

    HI,
    check contact.lookup option. on the other hand you have to correctly close (click on done button) interaction to be visible in history.
