We recently moved to a new switch. But we have everything in the old site. Bunch of schedules, Activities, etc.... By default when we create a site in WFM it will give us a read only Associated switch name field. My question is how can we handle this move? Do I have to create a new site and do everything manually or Do I have to change the switch name that is used for collecting statistics in the existing site. Even if I change the switch name that is used for collecting statistics in the existing site the Associated switch name will not change. I tried copying schedules and acitivities but then it just copying only the Schedule and nothing inside it like assigned states..... same applies for every object. Help me please.
