  • 1.  is it possible to connect 2 t-proxys(lds) to one tserver?

    We are having issues with our Datasourcers disconnecting from our T-proxy in front of our TServer. we are thinking that the TProxy is getting over taxed. Would we be able to add another tproxy to the TServer and split the DataSourcers between the to Tproxys.

    Neal,

    Multiple LDS applications referencing one TServer is possible.  There would, however, be requirements for this.  There will need to be LDS + URS pair if multiple LDS are used.  So there cannot be 2 LDS and 1 URS (needs to be 2:2).  Also each URS must be controlling a unique set of Routing Points as multiple URS applications can't control the same RP.

    If we need to dig into this further then may I suggest we open a Case with Genesys Customer Care.
