  • 1.  Reports > License Usage Reporting > Provisioned Counts. doesn't show up in GAX as per the LRM Plugin help

    Trying to troubleshoot why any LRM report I run gives 0 for Concurrent or Enabled items.  The help file mentions a Provisioned Counts option under REports but all I see under the Reports menu is Entitlement Counts and Peaks.  Running 8.5.

    Okay I've since got this going (by selecting the browse icon under the Sellable Items box).  However I've made the lrm section change in GAX to report concurrent but I'm only seeing enabled.  I also still don't see this Provisioned Counts option mentioned above.

    Hi Vaun,
    I had one of our experts review the GAX LRM help file and noticed it was incorrect. The path stated is "Reports > License Usage Reporting > Provisioned Counts" when in fact it should be "Configuration > License Usage Reporting > Provisioned Counts".

    In order to enable the provisioned counts the user must have the gax-lrm privilege "Manage Tenant Provisioned Counts". This can be changed under Roles in GAX then select the group that you want to give provisioned count access to.
