  • 1.  How to tell OCS to place an engaging call only if there are records available to call?

    We are configuring Progressive with seizing ASM mode and we are getting the engaging calls on agents correctly.
    But if we don't have other records to call in our calling list, the agent constantly keeps on receiving engaging calls everytime he puts himself in ready state.
    Therefore he is not able to answer any inbound call anymore.

    We'd like to place the engaging call on the agent only if there are outbound records ready to be called.
    How can we achieve this?

    No, unfortunately not.
    We changed the dialing mode to Progressive because we weren't able to use Predictive with seizing dialing mode.
    Any help from the community will be welcome!

    Same problem here. Maybe it's assumed that under this dialing mode, the campaign admin will monitor the completion progress and will stop the campaign when all records are processed.  I'm not aware of a "disengaging" process.
