We are configuring Progressive with seizing ASM mode and we are getting the engaging calls on agents correctly.
But if we don't have other records to call in our calling list, the agent constantly keeps on receiving engaging calls everytime he puts himself in ready state.
Therefore he is not able to answer any inbound call anymore.
We'd like to place the engaging call on the agent only if there are outbound records ready to be called.
How can we achieve this?
