LCA is not monitoring third party servers, we are using 8.1.200.09 version. Application is started in services.msc but it shows stopped in SCI

    Did you configure the Third Party Server to be monitored (start/stop option)?

    Yes, when we tried to start from SCI it is getting started in services.msc but application status remains stopped in SCI

    And the working dírectory, executable path, etc. is configured properly?

    Everything is configured correctly( working directory, command line). This is only happening with third party applications on that server. Only third party applications are showing wrong status.

    Third Party Server or application? I think, only the Third Party Server template should be monitored.

    So, it is necessary to check local LCA logs and regarding SCS logs to find out the root-cause.
