    Hi, I have a problem when I want login on interactive Insights and Central Management Console. The next message is showed:

    This message means: Error: Unable to find servers in CMS rmc58: 6400 cms cluster and service type and null. It is possible that all of these servers are down or been disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) null.

    Hi Angel, 

    Is it possible that there are some servers that are down. Are you able to restart the SIA in the Central Configuration Manager ? 

    If that doesn't help, can you restart the business objects server ?

    If either of the above options don't help, you will have to open a Genesys case for review. When opening a case, please provide the following details:

    - Screenshots from above
    - Has this every worked ? Is this happening periodically ?
    - Exact version of business objects
    - Logging folder from BO Install directory
