    Hi guys,
    I am unable to log in to the Genesys care mobile app. It says Bad username/password. I am sure that I have given correct credentials and followed all the instructions given in the Genesys care mobile app guide. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the issue?

    Hello,

    according to product description, I think this app is intended only for Cloud users. Try to ask for that your Genesys representative.

    Been told there is a central fault
