    Check the SIP, RM and MCP logs. In other hand check if you allowed the debugging on MCP level.

    What I just did was indicate the Full Hostname just as its indicated at the windows properties

    Sorry for the absurd question , where did you change the hostname? Reason being when you deploy the project using tomcat(composer) it will autmatically deploy it and it will never ask for hostname/IP.
