    can anyone please confirm whether we can enable single sign on feature in Genesys Workspace dekstop edition ,if so please specify the details.

    My understanding is that you need Framework 8.5 to include Kerberos authentication.  We are looking at a similar scenario in the next few months ourselves.

    everyting is described in documention. you need kerberos, you have to update interactionworkspace.exe.config. try to find in documention.
