I am just looking to confirm when on the Genesys Roadmap will Genesys Applications be compatiable with Windows Server 2016?

As the Windows Server 2016 is currently in technical preview mode, I think there is no place to support it at this moment. OS has to be officialy released and then could be tested by other vendors like Genesys.

Thanks, sorry I for some reason thought that 2016 had been released didn't realise it was still in technical preview.

So when will Windows 2016 be supported by Genesys - we have clients saying that Genesys are behind the curve! It is now the end of March 2017 and we are still hearing nothing out of Genesys in this regard

It should take relative time to fully support the latest version of any OS as the Genesys will not support any software until they are pretty sure it works as expected and there is no issues/bugs related to the specific OS. The best way how to know further details about possible roadmap (the roadmap should be different accros Genesys products) is contact your Genesys representative.

We are about to deploy a new production environment and the customer has asked for Windows Server 2016 support. Unfortunately, it is quite impossible to get a roadmap on the support of this OS. We've already contacted our Genesys representative but without success. Today, there are a few Genesys components available that support Windows Server 2016. I would very much appreciate to get any information or roadmap of what component will support the OS and when.

You have to ask for each specific product when the 2016 Server will be supported. Recommend to open #SR for each product that you interested in. Just be aware, that the roadmap information can change in the future and it is not getting the exact timing for releases
