    Message Server is giving this message in the logs 'Network output disabled, cluster undefined', we are investigating why Message Server has stopped recording its alarm in the g_log_messages table

    Hello,

    did you configure connection to the DB (for release 8.1 through DBServer, for release 8.5 should be used direct connection)? Is the "dbthread" enabled on Message Server application object level?
