    There are a couple of options in WFM Daemon application: 
    •Options > TrackAhead - specifies how many days in advance of the current date that WFM Daemon should request data from WFM Server
    •Options > TrackBack - specifies how many days back from the current date that WFM Daemon should request data from WFM Server

    Starting from WFM version 8.1.0 both TrackAhead and TrackBack default application template values are zero.
    If zero specified in both options, then Daemon tracks any data changes without date range limitations. If only one of them is 0, then Daemon treats it as an indicator of the current day.

    What does the following indicate? 
    TrackAhead "30"
    TrackBack "-1"

    Would an employee requesting time off 6 months in advance receive a Time Off Notification?  We are also noticing our employees are not receiving Time Off Notifications and our reps can request Time Off about one year in advance.  Thank you!
